<Returns>
- Our policy lasts 14 business days. If 14 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Item should be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in anyways and returned in it’s original condition, including tags.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
- Please note, sale item (up to 50% ) will not be accepted for return, exchange.
if sale item is sent back to us, it will be automatically be shipped back to you.
- To complete your return, we require a note on "return card" which is included in your original package.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

<Exchanges>
We do not offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return a full priced item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we've refunded you.
<Faulty items>
- Every product we send out is initially quality controlled , however if tou have received a product with a manufacturing falult we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
- If you have received a faulty items please email us : info@dazedayz.com to arrange a prepaid return postage label. We will replace if stock is available or refund you upon return.
