RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with all tags, hygiene stickers, and packaging intact.

Please note that a return fee of $25.00 will be applied, and the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding these fees.

Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This refund will reflect the deduction of the $25.00 return fee and the initial shipping fee. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Once your new order is placed and the item is in stock (unless marked as "SOLD OUT" on our website), it will be shipped to you promptly.
