Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and some items may require additional processing time.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sundaze@dazedayz.com
We will do our best to update your order before it is shipped. Please include your order number and any relevant details, such as the correct delivery address.
If your order has already been processed for shipment, it cannot be modified or canceled. In this case, you may return the item for a refund after receiving it.
Contact our customer service center(sundaze@dazedayz.com) within 1 day of delivery. Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.

For U.S. orders: all customs duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, so you will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
