Daze Dayz ships worldwide!
We offer express international shipping for a flat rate of $20 and free delivery for orders over $200.
Customers who refuse a shipment from Daze Dayz are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received.
Duties & taxes are not included, The purchaser will be responsible for all VAT & Import Duties where applicable.If you are charged import fees, please keep your proof of payment and contact us for reimbursement.
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days.
We send all orders from our warehouse in Seoul Korea. Timing varies between countries and postal
services are facing delays due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, please be advised that shipping times
may still be longer than usual.
Please contact us at sundaze@dazedayz.com immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. We will try to update the order before it is sent, please include relevant information such as order number and new delivery address. If your order has already been dispatched, we are not able to make any changes or cancel the order. We do however allow easy returns for refund, you will need to initiate a return once you receive your order.
Contact our customer service center(sundaze@dazedayz.com) within 1 day of delivery. Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
