RETURNS

We accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery. The customer must pay a $25 shipping fee.

Returns are only accepted if the garment is unworn, unwashed, and if the tags and hygiene stickers are attached. The item needs to be returned with its original dust bag.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or that do not meet the above criteria.

Returns should be postmarked within 30 days of the order date. To ensure the process of your return, please contact customer service ( hello@dazedayz.com )

EXCHANGES/REFUND

Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges. Instead, we recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to exchange at ( hello@dazedayz.com ) and placing an order for the new item afterwards.

Once your return package is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund transaction to be completed.

* Please note that for international exchanges, any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
