RETURNS
We accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that a return fee of $25.00 will be applied, and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all tags, hygiene stickers, and original packaging intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Returns should be postmarked within 30 days of the order date. To initiate a return, please contact customer service at hello@dazedayz.com
EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired item or size.
Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed.
* Please note that for international returns, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
